Power Spectrum Vibration Response with Normal Modes

Power Spectrum Vibration Response with Normal Modes

Input Normal Modes from a Finite Element modeling package, and define a disturbance as either a frequency domain power spectrum or a tonal model (harmonic factor and coefficient, for rotating or reciprocating mechanisms). Optionally include node labels for assistance in managing model responses, uncoupled or coupled damping models, a multiplicative Model Uncertainty Function, and linear equations that compute a desired response as a function of physical node motions. Outputs response spectra as MathWorks(R) MATLAB(R) MAT-files.

PowerMode can be installed as a workstation application or installed on a network for shared usage.
